Why we do what we do....

Let me start by saying this....Do not think that our low prices are a representation of the quality of our products.  Our sole focus here at Homestead Life is to offer high quality, all natural products at a price that everyone can afford!  Every family should be able to afford to live with less chemicals, less medications, less health risks and a better quality of life.  

We are here to do our small part and here is our story.   

My husband and I have 4 grown boys, a daughter-in-law,  2 wonderful grandchildren and an amazing extended family.  We live on my husband’s family homestead in Millville, PA.  We work full time and between spending time with family and friends, working on the farm and enjoying our hobbies, we always seem to be busy. While trying to find a more natural way to help with health issues, I found Essential Oils and alternative health products.  I believe strongly in the power of essential oils and natural plants as I use them daily for Parkinson’s disease and other health issues. So I decided to put my knowledge and my 30 + years of being a licensed Cosmetologist to good use and create high end, all natural products for myself and others.

My Essential Oil blends were all made to help alleviate a health issue or two.  They may help you also, if not, at least you will still smell great! My beauty products are all made to work with sensitive skin.  I have regrettably handed down my sensitive skin to my boys so creating products that we all could use was important.  Making them with the highest quality products and chemical free was my primary focus.  The same can be said for our cleaning products.  I was tired of spraying chemicals all over my house. The problem that I had was that every essential oil, natural or chemical free product on the market is so expensive.  How does the average family afford to use these products?  Most of us can’t.  

Well, I decided to make it my mission to create high quality products and offer them at an affordable price.  That is what you will find here.  We aren’t trying to get rich, we are just hoping to be able to continue creating helpful products. 

Our product line is always expanding so check back with us often. We offer products made from the things that nature provides to us on this beautiful farm of ours along with some homespun crafts made by various members of our family and other local artisans.
